The only things excluded are; petrol & diesel, Waitrose Direct purchases, Waitrose florist purchases, Waitrose Cellar purchases, paying off an account or credit card from John Lewis plc, Waitrose Limited, Welcome Break Waitrose shops, or John Lewis Financial Services Limited, Waitrose Cookery School, Waitrosegarden.com, Waitrosepet.com, Waitrose licensed shops in UAE, John Lewis Gift List, John Lewis Home Solutions, third-party restaurants and cafes in John Lewis shops, Leckford Farm Shop and Nursery, Magazine subscriptions, Photo printing, Software downloads on johnlewis.com or any financial product or service.
2. If you return items purchased online using your Instant Reloadable Card back to the retailer, then your refund will appear in your John Lewis online account, and not on your Instant Reloadable Card.
